Preparation:

In a saucepan beat fresh eggs, add sugar.

Beat the egg with the sugar and whisk to pour cold cream.

Starch dissolve in part or cream in cold water, then add to the skillet to the eggs and cream.

Put a saucepan on the stove, turn the weakest flame. But it is better to put the dishes in a water bath, so the cream will burn.

Stir constantly whisk the cream, heat until thick mass.

Remove the cream from the stove, a little cool and add honey.

Clean cream in a refrigerator, so that it cools to room temperature.
