I suggest to cook pancakes on beer. These pancakes are obtained ornate, elastic and very tasty. I like to do for them stuffing with cheese and mushrooms. You can dream up and come up with something of their own.

INGREDIENTS
Recipe beer pancakes:
Dough:
200 g flour
300 ml of lager
3 pcs. chicken eggs
250 g of fatty cream
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Filling:
100 g cheese
100 g of cream cheese
300 g champignons
50 g of spinach or chives

Step by step recipe for beer pancakes

DOUGH

Flour mixed with salt and sugar.

For eggs, add sour cream and mix.

Here is to pour half a beer and pour into the dry ingredients.

Knead the dough is uniform, mix well and pour the remaining beer.

Leave the dough for half an hour.

MUSHROOMS

Mushrooms fry in a pan.

Add finely chopped spinach or green onions.

FILLING
