Casseroles - special! It's so cozy and at the same time festive!
Ingredients:
350 gr. minced meat
1 kg potato
carrot
onion
pickled cucumber
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. broth
garlic
Bay leaf
vegetable oil
condiments (Khmeli Suneli or a mixture of peppers / herbs, etc.)
Preparation:
1. A few cloves of garlic (to taste) Peel and chop.
2. Mix minced garlic, salt and pepper, add the seasonings. Knead thoroughly minced.
3. Minced form is not large meatballs. With walnut or less.
2. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into large cubes.
3. Cucumbers and cut into cubes.
4. At the bottom lay peas potatoes, cucumbers top bit.
5. Clean onion and carrot, chop sticks and fry in vegetable oil. Fried put in pots.
6. Meatballs fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes on all sides until browned.
7. Then put in each pot 2-4 meatballs.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of. l. broth and add the bay leaf. Broth with salt and season with pepper.
8. Cover the pots caps, put on a baking sheet and place it in a cold oven.
Thereafter include slab and heat the oven with pots inside to 180 degrees.
After 40 minutes, remove the lid and bake for further 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. You can at this point sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, then it will be very tasty and beautiful crust.
