Well, how do you explain the impressions of the first day? Not to say that I was very hungry, but a slight feeling of hunger is present... But we did not give up and go to the intended entirely tominus kilograms sticking NOT strict cabbage diet. (I'm not an enemy to your health).

So my menu on the second day of the cabbage diet:

Breakfast -kaleTea or weak coffee, 2 apples and a few crackers. Soup recipe in the first article.

lunch - stuffed with buckwheat sprouts, potato 2, water;

Recipe cabbage stuffed with buckwheat and mushrooms

Filling - vegetables, mushrooms and porridge, but if desired you can cook it traditionally with rice and minced meat. The dish is delicious, but quite time-consuming.

Ingredients:

  • small Kachan cabbage about 1.5 kg
  • 300 gr. buckwheat
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • :, green parsley, fennel
  • salt pepper
  • spices: pepper, cumin
  • oil

1. Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leaves and cut out the stalk. Boil a little salted water in a large saucepan. Put the cabbage, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Gat wobble pots give cool. Then dismantle Kachan cabbage removing the cabbage leaves one by one. Starting with the largest.

2. Cook buckwheat porridge. Until cooked porridge beginning to prepare the stuffing.

Clean the carrots and cut into cubes. Cut bell pepper into small cubes. Finely cut foliage. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely too.

Mushrooms need to wash and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic. I fry until golden brown and add the sliced ​​mushrooms.

Carcass together a few minutes, then add the carrots, peppers and fry for another 5 minutes. I add a ready-made buckwheat and the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Finally, I add fresh herbs and spices. I get out of the pan and give cool.

3. I take the gauze and put it in a large dish or bowl. At first I put gauze large outer leaves our cabbage.

And I spread on them a few spoonfuls of the finished stuffing, then put these leaves, and again filling. And so it goes until the end of the filling.

Finally, I put all the ends of gauze inside and firmly intend to cook stuffed Kachan.

4. I take a large piece of aluminum foil or baking paper. Gently pull the cabbage with gauze to prevent damage to the shape of rock.

Then I wrap it in paper. It is possible to further wrap the cabbage second sheet of aluminum foil. Then I turn over, put in a deep ovenproof dish and put in the oven.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees about an hour.

Then I remove the foil and paper and bake for another 30 minutes.

Serve with fresh tomatoes and sour cream with chopped garlic. You may also be fed with any stewed vegetables, such as Vegetable appetizer of eggplant and peppers with garlic

Do not forget to drink water. Understand that water is not champagne, do not want to drink a lot, but it is necessary)).

An interim summary of the second day: on the scales are the same 69 kg. Since I am a lover of all kinds of desserts, during the day I did not have sweets. I was looking at chewing candy people wanted to go to the store and fell on the cake, but today I won the battle. Let us look further, maybe I can not hold on all 7 days... and maybe I can. I understand that seven days will not solve the problem. Sport, proper nutrition, water 2 liters per day-all this in sum will give a positive result, but it is a long process. In the evening I became a pessimist, it's from hunger)))

If you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, the cabbage in such quantities is not a must. The main thing pravilo- do no harm! All good and delicious evening !!)
