The dish turns out hearty and delicious. Ideal for a full lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
05 kg spareribs
1 kg potato
2 onions
2 bay leaves
5 peas allspice
1.5 hours. l. salt
1 h. l. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
Preparation:
1. Pork ribs cut along the edge, and then everyone else in half. Then rinse thoroughly under running water and dry.
2. Share ribs in a separate bowl, add salt and pepper, vegetable oil.
Thoroughly mix, preferably hands, which will process each rib.
3. Heat the pan well. Fry the chops in a frying pan until golden brown.
4. Put pork in a separate bowl or a form suitable for oven.
5. In the oil, wherein the roasted ribs fry onions semicircles to transparency.
6. Bow to shift into the form on top of the ribs.
7. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into large pieces.
8. Potatoes are put on top of the meat and onions.
9. The dissolved glass water tomato paste, add a little salt, pepper and bay leaf.
10. Pour the sauce in the shape of a potato and ribs.
11. Shape cover with a lid or cover with foil.
12. Put ribs with potatoes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
About an hour later removed from the mold foil and a little dry potatoes.
Serve hot.
