INGREDIENTS

Baking powder -1ch.l.

Coconut -100gr.

Sugar -100-150gr.

Cream -200ml.

COOKING METHOD

We measure out 240 grams of flour add 1 tsp baking powder and stir. The bowl pour 250 ml yogurt, add 100 grams of sugar, split 1 egg mix.

Add the vanilla sugar 1 packet of salt and ΒΌ tsp Mix and add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough set aside to the side. Take another bowl put 100 grams of coconut, add 100 or 150 grams of sugar, according to your taste and stir.

Take shape in my form diameter 24 cm, grease it with butter and pour the dough, flatten. Sprinkle with coconut and sugar.
