I love salads with french fries - a weakness of mine, and I love the salad anthill especially preparing it is not difficult to simple products, but in the end it turns out wonderfully tasty and original in appearance. On the festive table is never left unattended.

Anthill salad with fries.

INGREDIENTS

Boiled chicken -200gr.

Fresh cucumber, 2 pieces. (250g)

Fresh tomato - 2 pcs. (250g)

French 3pc.

Cheese - 100gr.

Garlic - 2zub.

Black pepper - to taste

Mayonnaise - to taste

Greens - to taste

COOKING METHOD

Raw potatoes 2 pc grate for Korean carrot. Well wash out in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

The pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the potatoes in large chunks until golden brown.

The second layer put half cucumber, lubricates mayonnaise.

The third layer put half tomato. Put 1 garlic clove degree of allowance through the press, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, lubricates mayonnaise.

The fourth layer of cheese half, lubricates mayonnaise.

Now repeat all layers of meat, cucumber, tomato, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese. Soybeans do not need to stamp must be air. Oil the top with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with fried potatoes, decorate with greenery.
