2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
50 oz. icing sugar

Preparation:

1. need for chocolate oil, no matter how trivial - butter. It can be done independently of the cream or sour cream rustic.

Or buy ready-made butter in the store. Some recommend buying homemade bread on the market, but to choose the right can not do everything. It can be a lot of skim milk - whey and with the addition of chocolate and cocoa will not really correct oil.

If you do not know how to find a better, then just take a pack of high-quality oil in the supermarket.

It needs to create the table at room temperature for 1-2 hours.

2. Crumble chocolate hands or grate.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven. The main thing not to overheat and take real chocolate.

3. Put the soft butter in a bowl, add the icing sugar and cocoa powder.

Mix until uniform.

4. The cooled melted chocolate (not hot or warm) to pass into the oil quickly knead it to distribute the weight of the oil.

Too warm chocolate starts to melt and melt the butter, ghee will - it should not be. Ideally chocolate and butter should be one - room temperature.

5. All the oil is ready. Now it needs to be put in a container with a lid or in a silicone mold. It is possible to use disposable containers or jars of cream / yoghurt.
