Step by step recipe for cooking
To begin, prepare the dough for the rolls. The split bowl 1 egg, add 100 ml of water, half tsp salt, stir and now gradually add the flour 250 gr. Flour may take a little longer, it depends on the flour and egg size. The dough should look like in the dumplings. Leaving the dough to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Prepare the stuffing for the rolls. Grind using a blender bulb 1 and a clove of garlic, and add to 300 grams of minced meat. Put half teaspoon salt, black pepper and stir. Done.
One carrot grate, cut the tomatoes and grate holding sandpaper, sandpaper remove it will not be needed.
Will cut the onion into cubes. Potatoes 2 pcs grate.
