Best Breakfast: pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon

Hearty breakfast - the perfect start to the day!

Ingredients:

3 large potatoes
3 eggs
onion
2 tbsp. l. flour
bacon
vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Potato peel and grate. Squeeze all the juice.
Add one raw egg, salt and pepper.

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of flour and stir. It is no flour, if enough starchy potatoes.

3. Fry pancakes as usual in vegetable oil to beautiful brown.

4. Finished pancakes lay on a napkin to soak up excess oil.

5. Cook egg fried eggs or poached.
To prepare poached, oiled plastic bag, carefully break the eggs in the package, tie and dipped in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

6. Onions, peel and cut into half rings. Fry the onion in oil until tender.

7. Strips of bacon cut in half. Share on a dry frying pan until crisp and dry conditions.
Bacon also need to put on a plate with a paper towel.

8. How to apply: on a plate put 3-4 pancakes, on or around lay eggs and bacon, some onion and fresh herbs.
