Decided to cook biscuits from oat flakes, it is very fond of my wife. And since she's on a diet, I decided to please her dessert, where there is no sugar.
Peeled bananas 250g (2 medium banana)
Oatmeal 180g (1.5 cups)
Chocolate 50g (⅓ cup)
Bananas peeled and crushed with a fork to mush. Best suited bananas, which are already starting to get dark. They are sweeter and easier to work with them, because they are soft.
I am adding oat flakes and stirred to homogeneity. I use long cooking flakes, as they are the most useful, but you can use any.
