Compote of Chinese apples are so tasty that I did not hesitate to put it as a soft drink at your wedding. The guests were delighted and repeatedly asked the waiter what kind of drink. Even I had to play a few cans that have not had a drink among friends and relatives.

Cooking method
Apples rinse it under running water to get rid of dirt and dust. I tear off the stalk, but it's too much. Apples do not have much, so I was not too lazy to pull. Wormy apples and throw broken.

Water from apples merge back into the pan. Add the sugar and bring to boil. The resulting syrup was poured into banks. While still hot, close the lid and turn over the banks.
After complete cooling compote put away in a dark and cool place. It is best to give compote 2-3 weeks brew. My wife could not resist and begged to open one of three cans.
Not even the present compote turned out delicious. Wife, however, he seems to be too sweet, but this is easily solved by diluting it with plain water.
