I used to use a conventional blender. First directs berries "porridge", then rubbed through a sieve. The process takes a tremendous amount of time and effort. To 2.5 kg of raspberry wipe, I took about 1.5 hours.
Of course, you can buy a ready sauce, such a proposal is on the market. But the average cost of raspberry puree reaches 700-800 rubles. per 1 kg. I think this is expensive, and do not know what quality of the original product.
