Cooking method

Olive oil is poured into a pan and heat up sending over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Wash the potatoes, I'm always my own, even if it is already clear from the store. Peeled and cut into small cubes, about 1-1.5 cm. I shift sliced ​​potatoes in roasting pan on. Do not forget to add salt. I had a lot of potatoes and took about 15 minutes. Focus on a golden crust.

This recipe was originally supposed presence of onions, but I do not like him, so the rule of the dishes. If you cook with onions, pre-fry it, and then add the potatoes.

Until potatoes are fried, sliced ​​zucchini into small squares of the same size as the potatoes. When the potatoes fry, sprinkle with spices, spread to his zucchini and stir. Fry, stirring periodically. After 5-7 minutes, cover with a lid and leave to languish for another 7-8 minutes. Courgettes should be soft, but keep the shape.
