Today cook really festive, bright, stunningly delicious salad. Ideal for New Year's table.

I proceed to the preparation. Meat I decoction in advance, I have beef (thrown into the boiling water to the meat remains juicy).

Add to the meat marinated onions and dressing.

By beets add 1/2 of the prunes and nuts, and also I fill sauce.

Meat to distribute the remaining half of prunes and nuts.

Then comes the egg layer and pickles. Then beet layer prunes and nuts.

For decoration (well, and taste :) to 100 g feta cheese and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 very small clove of garlic, squeezed through a press. Add chopped parsley, and stir well.

Form small balls.

Before serving, decorate the salad cheese balls and a mixture of finely chopped walnuts and parsley. And your own!
