I cook very unusual, tasty, sweet, caramel cake without baking.
I'll start with the preparation of caramel, caramel cooked very easily and the most simple products.
Pour 200 grams of sugar in a pan with a thick bottom.
Pour 50 ml of water.
Cook over medium heat, without interfering to deep golden brown.
The hot omit sugar 60 g butter. Fine melted butter, I stir.
And 100 g of 20% cream. Add one spoon, each time stirring thoroughly. The preferred stirring whisk.
Strain into another bowl, caramel to cool faster. Caramel is now liquid, but later it becomes much thicker.
Chopped roasted peanuts smaller.
In a small container to pour a teaspoon of gelatin, add two tablespoons of water. Stir and set aside to the side at a time, which is indicated on the packaging.
1/3 post in caramel peanuts. Mixed.
I send the remaining caramel to the cream and stir whisk.
It melts in the microwave swollen gelatin. Add the gelatine in sour cream and stir thoroughly.
Proceed to assemble the cake.
Lined with cling film form. Pre bead form greased.
On the bottom of the mold stack peanuts in caramel. Screed.
Pour a thin layer of cornflakes and sour cream spread layer. Screed cream.
Again, a layer of cornflakes, then again sour cream, and so on. The top layer is of cornflakes. And sent a cake in the refrigerator overnight.
Carefully shift the cake on a plate. Release film and proceed to the decoration. I take some dark chocolate pieces, put in a plastic bag and tied, to omit the hot water and melt the chocolate. Then cut off the package at a small corner and decorate a cake.
Cut into pieces and serve. Cake is very tasty, with a bright touch of caramel. Bon Appetit!
