In urban conditions, kefir can be successfully used. But at least 2.5% fat and the taste will be simply amazing!

Ingredients:
chicken meat ~ 1.5-2 kg
1 liter of kefir
1 hour l. salt
ground black pepper
1 hour l. ground spices (whatever you like)
head of garlic (optional)
Preparation:
1. Chop the chicken meat into convenient portions. Or take ready-made parts of a chicken carcass: thighs, drumsticks, wings.
Do not take the breast. For her, cream is more suitable. From an acidic environment, it becomes, on the contrary, dry.
Rinse everything and dry with a towel. An important point!
2. Then sprinkle the chicken with salt, ground black pepper and a generous amount of seasonings or chicken spices. At this stage, if you like it, add chopped garlic.
Mix.
3. Transfer the chicken pieces to a dish with a lid and pour yogurt at room temperature so that it completely covers the chicken.
Leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, or better overnight in a cool place.
4. Then put the chicken in a baking dish with the marinade, cover with foil.
Grandma baked the bird in the oven. But it can also be baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour until golden brown.
