Good day and delicious weight loss!

The way a calorie deficit works is simple. There is a daily calorie intake we need to maintain life. When a small calorie deficit is established (literally 15% of the norm), the body begins to expend its reserves. The process of losing weight begins.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Today I have an oatmeal pancake with avocado and lightly salted fish for breakfast. The avocado had been in the fridge for a long time and the other day I got it out and it quickly ripened among the oranges. And the day before yesterday I took the fish out of the freezer (I wanted to bake the tail), but decided that it was better to grind it (lightly salted fish is my weakness).

For oatmeal pancake I needed 30 g of dry oatmeal, 50 g of milk, 1 egg, a pinch of soda salt. Filling - 55 g of avocado and 80 g of salted chum salmon.

Breakfast came out on

530 kcal. Pretty decent. But I could afford it, because there were not very high-calorie dishes from the cooked at home for the next meals.

Today my husband went to work in Moscow. After a week of self-isolation, the management decided that some of the workers should work, including my husband.

I am worried about this, it would be better if I sat out at home, and did not go to Moscow every day to the epicenter, so to speak.

The only comfort is that no more than 10 people go out and everyone is in a private car - public transport is avoided.

We can only hope for the best.

Today I have 150 g of orange for percussion - 60 kcal.

After a hearty breakfast, such a light snack is just enough for me before lunch.

For lunch, I warmed up braised Peking cabbage (300 g) and leftover chicken breast (80 g) and chicken thigh (120 g boneless) from chicken baked on Sunday.

Lunch turned out to be 370 kcal.

I write down lunch in my calorie counter, I realized that I have catastrophically little carbohydrates today, and this is fraught with evening gorges.

I have not been afraid to eat carbohydrates in the evening for a long time. In addition, I often eat dried fruit with green tea about 3 hours before bedtime.

And in the evening I rolled myself rolls of lavash, cottage cheese and frozen cherries.

I needed 60 g of lavash, 150 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of cherries and sakhzam.

Dinner turned out to be 380 kcal.

During the day, 1340 kcal were obtained.

Every day I exercise, do exercises for the arms, muscles of the legs and thighs. I stand in the bar.

And I forget to drink my 2 liters of water. In fact, I drink even more water.

I wonder when my body gets used to a new, larger amount of energy. 1400 is still a deficit for me, on which the weight, albeit slowly, should go away. And the weight has been standing for several weeks.

I will not say that I am worried about this, on the contrary, I do not worry at all. Now I'm more interested in how quickly the lagging skin will tighten.

By the way, I already gave myself a similar respite so that the code had time to catch up with the outgoing weight.

All the horror stories about saggy skin and the opinions of ladies "with experience" that the skin must necessarily hang - just appear from the fact that a large amount of excess weight is lost in a short time in the absence of care and skin care.

Everything needs a rational approach, then you won't have to fill the skin of the tights.
