Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to aboutproper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of58kg.

For motivation:

Friday and my checkweighing. After a plateau that lasted for me since December, although at first I attributed everything to a cold, it was over. It seems to me.

The scales told me about this today:

My minimum weight in December was 74.6 kg. At the last control weighing - January 10, it was 75.1.

I think that the next one (I went through the 5th plateau) and I hope that the process will continue to go towards reducing weight.

It is planned to weigh 70 kg by the spring (or rather by April). I understand that I swung, but what if? But for sure by summer!

At 130 kg, the weight flew down at the speed of light, and now it is leaving very slowly. Although, if it weren’t a plateau, I would have had somewhere around 72 with a little and 70 kg in the spring would be real.

Once again I want to repeat that it is not haste in losing weight that is important, but quality. The quality of food, body (both skin and muscle).
And first of all, you need to think about health, and not about how to "lose 20 kg in 2 weeks."

I continue to maintain my 1300 calorie deficit.

For breakfast I have scrambled eggs from two eggs and sandwiches on whole grain bread (35 g) with curd cheese (10 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (55 g).

Without green tea, I and I, although earlier I could not stand it at all)

Breakfast came out on 390 kcal.

After breakfast I ran to the post office, my long-awaited package from China arrived, and ran into the store for apples and bought again... and kiwi, and oranges (I have wanted to make marmalade from them for a long time), and my favorite tuna according to the promotion (well, how not to take it, because when he does not approach).

I came home with a full package again. Barely dragged. Well for the money, not much came out). I will not go anywhere else... but on Saturday we will go to Losinka for dried fruits and buy some nuts. And then it's already straight away, I want something with tea, but there are no dried fruits.

Came back in time for a snack.

For a snack - 135 g of kiwi and 110 g of tangerine - 100 kcal.

And it's time to get to work.

Have you noticed? Send me some fruit for a snack. So I say that from time to time I don't want fruits at all, then just serve them. And so with many products.

Does it happen with you?

For lunch, I have 150 g of buckwheat and a chicken breast in a creamy sauce (200 g) and some cherry tomatoes (100 g).

Went out lunch on 410 kcal.

After lunch, I finished the rest of my work and after reading your comments under the recipe for baked suluguni, I went to cook it for my own supper. Yes, and I myself will eat one thing, what can we hide). Again I wanted a similar treat).

For dinner, 300 g of chicken broth, very light, on two small chicken breasts with 40 g of TSP vermicelli and one tube of suluguni baked in pita bread.

It turned out to be a dinner for 385 kcal.

In just a day 1285 kcal.

Remember I told you that I want a comfortable lid stand and then I found a suitable one on Ali and ordered it on Black Friday.

So I waited for her. I share with you a photo of how it looks, it may be useful to someone.

I liked it, the lids hold perfectly in it, you can install it as I am at an angle, or you can directly. But I have not yet understood how it is more convenient for me to put it on the shelf, time will tell.
