Greetings to all losing weight who have looked at my blog.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.

Today's article is a story about how you can eat deliciously, indulge in the forbidden and still keep your calorie deficit.

My breakfast today is something that you can quickly prepare and eat - sandwiches on whole grain bread (55 g) with cheese (45 g) and fish pate (25 g). Well, green tea with jasmine, which for some reason in the photo always pretends to be black tea. I don’t know why this happens.

Breakfast came out on 400 kcal.

And right after an early breakfast (who else gets up on holidays at 7-30 and, at the same time, he is not for work?) We went to Moscow.

On January 6, we have a walk in Sokolniki Park according to our plan. And we went so early to go skating on a skating rink in the same Sokolniki before a walk. The sooner - the fewer people, so they decided to come to the first session.

But there were still a lot of people who wanted to ride, and people gradually came and went.

My first steps on skates this winter (I even forgot how to do it):

I wanted to share a video with you, maybe someone will also want to ride and end the holidays actively.

Dashed off, walked up. And how to do without photos of festive Sokolniki? No way!

It is a pity that we visited Sokolniki in the first half of the day and not really see all the beauty and illumination.

But my husband knocked me out for a hot dog today! Says: "You spent a lot of calories at the rink, you can eat a hot dog." Here's how to refuse? And to keep warm - mulled wine with grape juice, and I really wanted a real one)). But nothing, Christmas is ahead, there is already a festive menu in the plans.

I wrote down on a hot dog and juice 350 kcal, based on the information on the average calorie content of these products on the Internet.

Having stopped in after a walk on business, we went home, and there our favorite cheese soup was waiting for us.

Hot soup after such a walk - what could be better?

For lunch, a plate of cheese soup (450 g) - 270 kcal.

And after lunch with green tea I ate 20 g of chocolate 75% - 110 kcal.

The dinner I had was straightforward, here is an easy one - it's 150 g of shrimp and about 50 g of Korean carrots (which did not appear in the photo). My husband wanted shrimp, so I did not refuse.

Dinner went out on 200 kcal.

As a result, 1330 kcal per day turned out.

At home I drank a lot of water to get my norm, which is 30 ml per kilogram of weight.
