Good day and delicious weight loss to everyone.

Glad to everyone who came to visit me. Here we lose weight deliciously and go to our goal together, supporting each other.
Since May 2018, I have managed to lose 60 kg (with a height of 172 cm).
I achieved such a result by switching to a calorie deficit and almost proper nutrition - about PP as I call it - hence, by the way, the name of my channel appeared.

Friday. It seems that there should be a control weighing.

But I didn’t get on the scales. Something scared me to look at the result of the past week. Although, in terms of volume and clothing I do not feel any changes, and I hope there should not be a huge plus on the scales.

Most likely, my weight is worth it, since there is a slight rise in calorie intake.

I decided that since I would stay at home until the end of the month, I had to pull myself together and no extra pieces! Although I’m trying so hard, I don’t eat everything, but sometimes something will slip through.

In general, the control weighing will be on April 10th. Join us. There is still a chance to fix what has been eaten over the past week of self-isolation.

Turn to the menu for the day.

Breakfast - two sandwiches on whole grain bread (40 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (20 g). And a 75 g slice of cake / cake.

It turned out breakfast for 430 kcal.

We are sitting at home. And according to the president announced yesterday, we will most likely stay at home throughout April.

I only leave the house to throw out the trash and go to the store, always wearing a mask.

It is good that we have active people in the residential complex who organize joint purchases. One of them had reusable masks - I ordered it. We will wait for them, I hope everyone organizes quickly, otherwise my supply of disposable masks was already small and already depleted, they are not in pharmacies. In general, I remembered about disposable masks by chance and barely found them, but lay there for several years, waiting in the wings.

Today I ran to throw out the garbage and immediately go home. I am glad that there are more and more conscious people. Almost everyone I met on the street was wearing masks.

For a snack today I really wanted zucchini caviar on rye bread. Lately I got hooked on her, I don't know what it is. The fish seemed to let me go, but the squash caviar dragged me into its nets😂.

Percus - two rye bread (20 g) and 70 g squash caviar - 145 kcal.

And drank green tea.

After hanging a little at the computer, I went to cook dinner.

For a long time I had a pack of cannelloni. And now it’s their turn, I want to cook something tasty for everyone, somehow please, otherwise there’s no mood.

Lunch - 190 g cannelloni with minced turkey breast and 50 g cherry tomatoes - 385 kcal.

After lunch I drank green tea with 30 g of dates -100 kcal.

Dinner - vinaigrette (200 g), which I recently cut into a whole huge bowl, we still can't eat it, and fish cakes (150 g).

It turned out to be a dinner for 350 kcal.

In just a day it worked out for me 1410 kcal.

The drinking regimen was observed today with a bang. The water went by itself, drank even more than its 2 liters.
