Good day to all and hearty and tasty weight loss!

Don't believe that you can eat deliciously, starve and lose weight at the same time? I didn't believe it either until I tried it!

And already minus 60 kg! That's just at the end of February - the jubilee 60 extra pounds left. And it's tasty and satisfying for me!

And all this with the help of proper nutrition and calorie counting.

I started with a slight calorie deficit in May 2018, weighing 132.2 kg (with an increase of 172 cm), setting myself 1700 kcal per day. And after going through the path of mistakes and correcting them, I came to this result and now I am sharing my experience with you.

I hope that some of you will find my experience useful and you will also get rid of that burden that does not allow you to fully enjoy life!

And I turn to my menu for today - Monday.

Shrovetide has passed, but there are still pancakes.

Yesterday I baked rice pancakes - everyone was full, seeing off Shrovetide.

I decided to leave the leftover pancakes for today's breakfast and made the mushroom-filled pancakes last night, and today I just warmed them up.

Two pancakes with creamy mushroom filling for breakfast (150 g) and 35 g sour cream 10% - 370 kcal.

I washed down pancakes with green tea.

I often say that on Mondays I have a business day at home. But not at this time. This weekend I practically did not devote time to work or blog, I was resting and came to my senses.

So on Monday, right after breakfast, I sat down to work. A lot of cases have accumulated that need to be completed quickly.

During work, I had a snack on thin rye bread (10 g) with cheese (45 g) and green tea. In addition, I took an apple (135 g), which I ate almost before lunch.

The snack turned out to be 260 kcal.

I had dinner ready since yesterday - I boiled a whole pot of pea soup.

I added smoked paprika to the soup to give the pea soup a smoked flavor - it turns out very tasty.

A plate of pea soup for lunch (430 g) and rye bread (10 g) - 255 kcal.

And after lunch again at the computer.

For dinner, baked salmon with cheese sauce on an onion pillow and cooked a vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber - a total of 150 g), dressed with 30 g of sour cream 10%.

It turned out to be a dinner for 350 kcal.

After dinner, 2 hours before bedtime, I drank green tea with dates (40 g) - 120 kcal.

In the end, in a day I got it 1355 kcal.

I try to observe the drinking regime - I drink about 2-2.2 liters of water - this is my norm at the moment.

Everyone treats water differently. I was convinced from my own experience that water not only helps to lose weight, but also eliminates many problems.

There is always a choice and it is ours.

In the light of the recent events that are happening to me, I want to wish everyone good health.

And once again I want to warn you - do not keep low calories in the race for harmony.

You will quickly lose weight (if the body does not decide to go into self-preservation mode even faster and does not stop giving up reserves at all, even for your 900 kcal). But just as quickly, you can hurt yourself.

❗❗❗Just think about the consequences:

  • violation of hormonal levels,
  • violation of the cycle, menstruation disappears,
  • stones in the gallbladder,
  • stress and hunger,
  • killed metabolism (from this all your problems and your favorite phrase "I eat less and do not lose weight!")
  • terrible condition of the skin, hair, nails, muscle wasting.

First of all, be healthy and full of vitality, and on a small calorie deficit, you will definitely say goodbye to excess reserves.
