Once again, I want to convince you that it is not necessary to cook for yourself separately in order to lose weight. You can pick up a number of dishes that can be eaten both for those who are losing weight and for those who just love to eat.

I bring to your attention a casserole with potatoes and chicken breast.

Usually such casseroles are prepared with mayonnaise, pour more oil - you know😉.

But you can cook a familiar dish in a completely different way and it will not be high-calorie, but very tasty.

The chicken breast is juicy and soft, and the potatoes are soaked in all the juices and spices. The whole family will be happy and well fed!

✅The following foods were not needed to make the casserole:

  • chicken breast - 990 g,
  • potatoes (6-7 pieces) - 575 g,
  • onions (1-2 medium) - 125 g,
  • cottage cheese 9% - 125 g,
  • sour cream 10% - 150 g,
  • chicken egg 1 pc,
  • mozzarella or suluguni cheese - 195 g,
  • salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic, Italian herbs.

The indicated amount of food is for about 6 servings.

✅Cooking.

Our main task is to prepare food, collect the casserole and send it to the oven. The oven will do the rest for us, and we go about our business.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Onions - in rings.

Place the potatoes on the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dry garlic and paprika.

If you are worried that the potatoes will not have time to cook, you can boil them until half cooked and then put them in a mold and sprinkle with spices.

I put onions on top of the potatoes.

Put finely chopped chicken breast fillet on the onion - pepper, sprinkle with salt with dry garlic and aromatic herbs (I have Italian herbs).

It remains to prepare the fill.

For the filling, I used the products that I had in the refrigerator: homemade cottage cheese and sour cream. Ideally, use soft cottage cheese or natural yogurt.

We mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and cheese, grated on a coarse grater.

We spread the fill on top of the chicken and distribute it over the entire surface.

You can cover it with foil if you do not want the cheese to be very fried, and remove it 20 minutes before being done.

We send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
