This is a delicious, quick and simple pie that is cooked in a pan. I often make it for breakfast, my husband and daughters are happy, they gobble up on both cheeks. Cook and you, you will like it too, I'm sure!
Ingredients:
cottage cheese
flour
eggs
kefir
sugar
salt
soda
oil
There are some peculiarities in the preparation of this express cake, so be sure to read the recipe to the end so that important details do not escape your attention.
So, put 2 eggs, 1 glass of kefir in a bowl and stir until smooth. Then add 2 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda.
Now add 200 grams of cottage cheese. Any cottage cheese can be used, but in my opinion, it turns out the most delicious if you take cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%. Add 150 g of sifted flour. You can also add vanillin to taste or vanilla sugar if desired.
The consistency of the dough should be something like a pancake. We put it in a preheated pan greased with vegetable oil. Smooth out with a spoon and close the lid.
Cooking the pie without opening the pan for 5-6 minutes over low heat. As soon as it is browned, it must be turned over. This is most conveniently done with a plate. Cooking under the lid for another 5-6 minutes and can be served.
We eat this pie with jam or condensed milk. But just like that, without everything, it is also very tasty. Bon appetit, friends!
