Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but everyone loves this hodgepodge.

Everything is very simple. First of all, I send meat to the pan to cook. I have pork today. But you can take absolutely any meat!

Be sure to cook half a carrot and an onion with meat. Salt the broth immediately. I cook for 30 minutes (until the meat is cooked).

At this time, I will prepare the rest of the ingredients.

I cut carrots into strips, onions - finely. And I fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Then I send the chopped pickled cucumbers to the pan (sometimes I take pickled ones - the taste is only better).

After a few minutes I add tomato juice (or tomato paste). And simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

I cut sausage, sausages, smoked meat. Anything in the fridge will do. The more "assortment" of meat ingredients - the tastier the soup.

Today I have two types of sausages, sausages and smoked ribs.

I fry it all over high heat for five minutes, stirring constantly. I fry in vegetable oil.

I take out onions and carrots from the broth (they will not be needed). I cut the meat into small cubes and send it back to the broth along with the potatoes. Add bay leaf and black pepper immediately.

I cook for 10 minutes (until the potatoes are ready). Then I add the warmed pickle from the cucumbers and olives.

Here are also olives, fried cold cuts and dressing.

Cook for a couple more minutes and remove from the fire. Let it brew for about 10 minutes and serve with a slice of lemon and fresh herbs.
