Today I want to share a recipe for very simple cutlets, which you can eat even before bedtime (if careful). Of course, you shouldn't eat 5 cutlets while going to bed, but you can have a snack with one cutlet an hour before bedtime, especially if you haven't eaten anything "forbidden" during the day. Moreover, the preparation of such cutlets does not take much time, only 15 minutes + time in the oven.
This time I used minced meat (chicken + beef) passed through a meat grinder twice, to which onions and garlic had already been added, in total it took 500 grams. I added 150 grams of zucchini grated on a fine grater to the minced meat, after squeezing it a little from excess liquid, as well as spices.
The minced meat mixed well and formed 5 balls, making a small depression in the middle of each. as in the photo π
The filling requires only three ingredients: two boiled eggs, 60 grams of cheese with a minimum fat content and two garlic cloves squeezed through a press. I do not add salt, because it is in the cheese and I mix well.
I fill the grooves in the cutlets with the resulting mass. I send it to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat (chicken, beef, onion, garlic)
150 grams of seedless squash
2 boiled eggs
60 grams of low-fat cheese
2 cloves of garlic
salt and spices to taste
