If you love quick homemade sponge cakes or any other sponge cake baked goods, then today's recipe is for you!

Today I want to offer you a sponge cake with chocolate chips - which is also called "Ant Pie". This is a fairly popular recipe, and in this case I am cooking according to the recipe of one of the authors on YouTube.

Preparing such a pie is as easy as shelling pears, very tasty, soft and I'm sure absolutely everyone will get it: try to cook it and see for yourself!

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 100 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Potato starch - 2 tbsp l. (incomplete, it's about 25-30 g)
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.
Flour - 150 g
And, half a bar of any chocolate

Let's get started ...

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, vanillin, a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer. But without much diligence, you do not need to achieve some kind of lush foam, it is enough for the sugar grains to melt a little.

Pour in melted butter (not hot), put in sour cream and make a few more turns with a mixer.

Sift flour, starch, baking powder and again mix with a mixer, bringing the dough to a uniform consistency... With all the ingredients at hand, it should take you less than 3 minutes to complete.

We set aside a bowl of biscuit dough for now, take half a bar of chocolate and use a sharp knife to make shavings out of it. You can grate, but in this case the chocolate melts quickly in your hands.

Add chocolate chips to the biscuit dough, mix.

A baking dish can be used in any shape, but of a small diameter, grease it with a small piece of butter, sprinkle with flour - shake off the excess flour, pour in the dough.

And, we bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees - 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. The finished cake can be poured over the remaining half of the melted chocolate or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
