Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
It would seem that you can cook from a can of canned food? It turns out that by adding literally a couple of the most common ingredients to this product, you can make an amazingly tasty appetizer (soufflé) or even a pie!
And now I want to bring to your attention just such a recipe! Perhaps this option will seem very strange to someone, but I have already prepared such a dish several times, and many of my friends rewrote the recipe for themselves!
Cooking ingredients:
Canned food - 1 can (mackerel, horse mackerel, pink salmon)
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
Semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - literally 10 grams
Salt, black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.
And, let's get down to cooking ...
First, peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the chopped onion and fry it until light golden.
Meanwhile, we open a can of canned fish, remove the existing fish ridges, and knead the rest of the contents with a fork.
Add the fried onions and mix.
Break the eggs into another bowl and beat them a little with a whisk.
Pour the beaten eggs into the fish base, add semolina, salt a little, pepper, mix. This is where the whole preparation ends, in principle!
We take a small baking dish - for example, for bread, grease it with a small amount of butter and pour the prepared mixture.
We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. In the process of baking, the soufflé rises well, even a "cap" is formed, and during the cooling process, the top will settle.
This launch, or rather a soufflé, turns out to be very tasty, tender and juicy. You can simply cut into slices, or make snack sandwiches. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
