This shake contains vegetable protein and is therefore quite nutritious.
Many vegetarians even replace meat with green buckwheat, because it also contains vitamin B 12. Sunflower seeds contain healthy oils and vitamin E. This cocktail is made quite simply.
Ingredients:
1. Green buckwheat (2 tablespoons)
2. Sunflower seed (2 tbsp. spoons)
3. Water (2 glasses)
Preparation
We take green buckwheat (sold in healthy lifestyle stores, and brown buckwheat is already fried), soak it in water for 2 days, so that it "hatches" slightly (for the entire time, rinse it 1-2 times). Sunflower seeds also need to be activated with water (it is enough to soak in cold water overnight).
We wash the "awakened" buckwheat grains and sunflower seeds with a strainer, pour into a blender container, add warm water. Then we twist it for 30-40 seconds, filter it through a strainer and the protein shake is ready (it is drunk while fresh). Have a nice day, friends!
