Let's make a red cabbage salad that is healthy for our microbiome, rich in fiber, which is so necessary for its prosperity, and therefore for our "health".
Ingredients:
1. Red cabbage (one third of a fine fork)
2. Green onions (2 feathers)
3. Dill (bunch)
4. Parsley (to taste) is possible without it
5. Seaweed "Nori" (1 standard plastic)
6. Cucumber (half) without it
7. Lemon (half)
8. Spices (to taste)
7. Flaxseed oil (1.5 tbsp. the spoon)
8. Rock salt (pinch)
Preparation
We take the red cabbage, clean it of all that is superfluous, cut it into smaller pieces on a flat plate, then the same is done with the cucumber (optional).
We wash the greens, dry them (or shake off the water), cut them into smallest pieces, pick up a plate of seaweed with our hands, sprinkle with spices, pour the salad with oil and lemon juice.
Let the algae in the salad soak in lemon juice and oil for 5-10 minutes and bon appetit, friends and comrades!
