The first berries have gone, and while there are not so many of them yet, you can do such useful things with them to improve the work of our motor and the whole organism as a whole (for example, with regular use of this dish, digestion will work like watch).
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin - 1x10 cm slice (potassium)
2. Garden or field strawberries - a handful (antioxidants)
3. Raisins - 1 tablespoon (fruit sugar)
4. Honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon
5. Dried apricots - 2-3 pcs (without it)
6. Nuts -2-3 pcs (any, but better without them, the fewer ingredients, the better absorption)
Preparation
Wash everything thoroughly, cleanse of all unnecessary (preparing for the preparation of salad). We take a piece of pumpkin, rub it on a fine grater, add chopped berries, raisins (if hard, then soak an hour in warm water), pour it with liquid honey, mix and it's done (add dried apricots and nuts if desired).

You can also twist the whole thing on a blender (for example, with orange juice) and get a pleasant berry mousse (pumpkin is a great filler everywhere).
