Ingredients:

300 gr. minced meat
3 eggs
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. l. ketchup
salt
pepper
grated cheese

Preparation:

1. Stuffing can use any, as cutlets. It can flavor with salt, ground black pepper, garlic and dried minced onion. Finely chopped fresh herbs is also nice.

Also it would be nice to add minced 1 hour. l. starch, flour or semolina. Drive a raw egg.

2. Open Lavash sheet and grease uniform layer of minced meat, a few mm thick.
