Today I want to share a recipe for chicken chops with pineapple in the oven. I was lucky to learn the recipe from my sister, who works as a cook in the factory canteen. Nothing is complicated here, but there is a difference from how I cooked before, in a sauce that prevents meat juice from flowing out of the chicken breast. Can be prepared for every day or even for a festive table.

Recipe:
Chicken fillet -700 gr
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Canned pineapples -1 can
Cheese -50-100gr
For the sauce:
Egg -1pc
Sour cream -2 tbsp. (or mayonnaise)
Flour -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pineapple syrup -1-2 tbsp.
COOKING METHOD
Cut the chicken breast into 2 slices.
Now I beat it lightly, salt on both sides and pepper.
I take a baking sheet and grease with oil, put the meat on a baking sheet.
Cut pineapple rings. We put it on the meat. Let's make the sauce.
Break 1 egg, add 2 tbsp. sour cream, you can add mayonnaise if desired and add 1 tbsp. flour, mix.
I also add 1-2 tbsp. pineapple syrup and a little salt. Pour the sauce over the meat. Grate cheese on a fine grater, I use mozzarella cheese for pizza.
Sprinkle cheese on top. We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven. This is what the finished chops look like.
Serve with a side dish, by the way, they are very tasty and cold.
