Ingredients:
rice groats - 150 c.
Cheese - 100 gr.
milk - 1 tbsp
flour - 80 gr.
egg - 2 pcs.
parsley - 1 sprig
vegetable oil - to taste
salt - to taste
Preparation:
If cooked rice not, then boil the rice in plenty of water, wash with cold water, and throws in a colander.
The cooked rice add 1 tbsp oil.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
Put the prepared mixture of flour and eggs into the rice, add the milk and grated cheese.
Stir.
The hot oil in portions (1 tablespoon) Put the prepared rice mix, forming pancakes.
Fried rice crispy pancakes with 2 sides.
Ready rice pancakes spread on paper towels and then serve.
