Today I will cook a whole mountain of tiny pies, a la Khachapuri.
They are cute, look original on the table, prepare quickly and easily!
I rub three small boiled potatoes on a fine grater. I also rub 120 grams of feta cheese.
I definitely add 1 tablespoon of sour cream, it seems to me that it tastes better. I mix everything well.
You can add spices or herbs if you want, but I like this filling... without everything.
Now you need dough, I have it from stocks, frozen. The dough is the most common, yeast. I previously transferred it from the freezer to the refrigerator, where it defrosted perfectly.
I also need such a dumpling maker. If you do not have this form, you can use ice cube trays.
I divide the dough into two parts and roll out two thin layers. One layer should be slightly larger than the other.
I roll out the dough with a rolling pin, the table is pre-coated with flour.
I cover the dumplings with dough and put the filling in the cells.
With a layer of slightly larger diameter I cover the form with the filling, press it first with my hand.
And then I'll walk with a rolling pin.
I put the pies on a baking sheet.
I spread and grease with a beaten egg.
I send it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. While the pies are baking, I’ll handle the second batch.
These donuts are ready, you can serve them to the table!
