Today I am preparing a wonderful salad, at the same time very tasty, rich, light. The salad has stood the test of time in our family and is now one of our favorite salads.
Boiled chicken thighs and cut into small pieces. Thighs can be replaced with chicken breast.
I also boiled and cut the squid into small cubes. The combination of squid and chicken in a salad will be just wonderful.
I send both the chicken and the squid into a large bowl. It turns out approximately 1: 1.
I add the onion, I previously scalded it with boiling water.
I add fresh cucumber.
I add boiled eggs.
I didn’t cut the sweet and sour apple beforehand so that it would not darken. Peel and cut into cubes.
Refuel immediately so that the apples do not darken. I have homemade mayonnaise, I diluted it a little with yogurt. Very little refueling is required. I stir the salad and taste it for salt, add salt if necessary.
I put the serving ring at 19 cm and put it on the plate in which I will serve the salad. I put the salad in the ring.
I level the salad and tamp it well with a spatula.
I put two melted cheese curds in a bag at some distance from each other and tie the bag.
I send it to the microwave, heat it for 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the other. The cheeses have melted, I roll them out in a bag with a rolling pin.
I transfer the rolled layer to the board and send it to the refrigerator, the cheese will harden again.
I rub the boiled carrots on a fine grater.
Slightly squeeze the carrots from the liquid and spread them in a thin layer on the salad. I take off the serving ring.
The cheese is frozen in the fridge, I cut the bag with scissors. I cut a circle with a ring around the diameter of the salad.
I make holes in the cheese with caps of different diameters and a drinking straw.
I turn the cheese onto a salad and carefully remove the film.
I will thinly decorate the sides of the salad with carrots. You can serve it to the table!
The salad gets very tasty, light, juicy. Looks beautiful on a festive table!
