In 200 grams of flour I add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon with a small top of the baking powder (can be replaced with soda, then 1/2 teaspoon).
I will also add 1 teaspoon of oregano to the dough, I really like the flavor.
I rub 100 grams of cheese directly into the flour on a coarse grater. I stir it.
100 grams of pasty cottage cheese pour 200 grams of kefir 3.2% fat. With a fork I grind cottage cheese with kefir.
I send kefir with cottage cheese into flour and knead the soft dough with a spatula.
I continue to knead with my hands.
The end result is a ball of sticky dough. You don't need to add more flour. With wet hands I spread the dough over the parchment. I got a cake with a diameter of 24 cm.
Divide the cake into portions.
Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
I put the cake on parchment on a baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
