I am preparing a completely simple recipe for those who have little time. It will take 10-15 minutes to cook. It will turn out, on the one hand, a very simple, and on the other hand, a very tasty tender juicy dish.
I will need about half of the Chinese cabbage.
I cut it several times lengthwise, each time turning the swing.
And already I cut it into smaller pieces.
I will show you what to do with the rest of the cabbage in a future installment.
I send the cabbage to a large bowl.
I add three eggs.
I add a piece of Adyghe cheese. I chop it into cabbage with my hands, but not very finely. It will be especially delicious if you come across pieces later.
Salt well and add black ground pepper.
I add 2-3 tablespoons of flour. I mix everything thoroughly.
Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. I spread half of the dough.
I level it, pressing it well. Cover and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
I turn it over with a wide spatula.
I cook the same amount on the other side. The first cake is ready!
I do the same operations with the second part of the cabbage dough.
It turns out delicious both warm and cold. You can serve it to the table, I really like it with sour cream.
The cabbage is tender, absolutely soft. There are pieces of cheese, all with an appetizing golden brown crust. Bon Appetit!
