Today I am preparing a wonderful, everyone's favorite breakfast. My family and I are now at the dacha, the weather is wonderful, I decided to please my friends with a delicious and quick breakfast :)
In 250 grams of flour I add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I stir.
Very tasty cakes are made with sour cream, but mostly I make with kefir. Today I will pamper my relatives. I add 150 grams of sour cream.
Here I break 1 egg and knead the dough with a spatula.
I add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Since I have a "lazy" version, I will add the filling directly to the dough.
I add 100 grams of grainy cottage cheese.
I add 100 gr of cheese grated on a coarse grater.
And greens, whoever likes what, I have green onions and dill.
I knead the filled dough with my hands. The dough will turn out to be very sticky, but you don't need to add additional flour.
I dust the table and dough with flour and form a small sausage. I divide into 8 parts, I will have 8 cakes.
I roll out thin cakes with a rolling pin.
Fry in a dry frying pan, over medium heat, on both sides until golden brown.
I grease hot cakes with a piece of butter.
The cakes are very tasty, soft, fragrant! Excellent breakfast with a cup of tea. Try to cook!
