Experienced cooks know a spicy appetizer based on processed cheese with garlic since Soviet times, in books and nets, it is often found under the name "Jewish" or "Squirrel" (for a brighter color add boiled carrot).

Relatively inexpensive, from ordinary products, an elementary mixture in preparation is suitable for stuffing eggs, tomatoes, as a thick spread on bread slices, toasted toast and crackers, and with fresh vegetables, lettuce and greens.

Ingredients:

Processed cheese - 90 g

Garlic -1-3 tooth.

Eggs - 1-2 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 30-40 g

Parsley - 2-3 branches

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Prepare products according to the specified list. It should be noted that the taste and texture of the snack is easy to change at your own discretion. If you want to increase the total volume, add more eggs - instead of one, use two or three. If you want a more cheesy version with less calories, one egg is enough. Fans of hot spiciness increase the presence of garlic, ground black pepper. Much depends on the portion of mayonnaise - it not only binds the components together, but also creates a dense, viscous or, conversely, liquid consistency.

Step 2 - Cheese briquette with three fine chips. For a tasty spread, you need quality cheese - exclude surrogates, cheese products and other substitutes from vegetable / trans fats. For the dish, ordinary creamy or already seasoned is suitable: with bacon, herbs, paprika. Each of them will present its own flavor.

Step 3 - In the same way, grind / three pre-boiled hard-boiled, cooled and peeled egg. To keep the yolk bright yellow, cook it after boiling water for no more than 10 minutes. The longer the hard-boiled eggs remain in the boiling water, the paler (grayer) the yolks become.

Step 4 - Squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic through a press - the severity rate is individual. It can be either lightly scented with garlic aroma or sharpened to vigorous.

Step 5 - Take a little freshness from parsley, dill or cilantro - chop clean branches finely and finely. Salt and pepper.

Step 6 - Add Mayonnaise. Mix all layers thoroughly from bottom to top to evenly distribute the ingredients, spices and dressing. We definitely try, adjust the taste.

Step 7 - Before serving, store the cheese with garlic and mayonnaise in the refrigerator, in a container under the lid - form a snack, for example, with circles of fresh cucumber and flexible slices of ham.
