Appetizing and hearty chicken cutlets with cheese are ideal for dinner or as a side dish for lunch. It is also very convenient to take them with you for a tasty snack to work, study or after a hard workout.

Cutlets can be safely included in the diet menu, replacing only hard Russian cheese with a low-calorie one.

In fact, absolutely any cheese is suitable for the recipe.

When choosing chicken meat, give preference to homemade meat. You can buy it in specialized stores.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 600 gr.

Cheese - 100 gr.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Baton - 60 gr.

Milk 2.5% - 100 ml

Onions - 1 pc.

Wheat flour - 4 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Salt, black pepper, spices - to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.

2. Peel the chicken fillet from films, veins, cut into pieces and grind into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor. Transfer it to a deep bowl, break an egg there, add salt, black pepper and spices to taste.

3. Then mix well. Break the loaf or cut into pieces and soak in milk for 3-5 minutes. Then add to the minced meat. Mix everything well until smooth.

4. Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater. If you take a young root vegetable for cutlets, then it is not necessary to clean it, it is enough just to wash it under running water. Peel the onion and chop it into pieces at random. Transfer the vegetables to a hot skillet with vegetable oil and fry for 5-7 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything again.

5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add along with the spices to the minced meat with vegetables. To prevent it from remaining on the grater, it must be greased with olive oil.

6. Mix again and add sifted wheat flour. You can replace it with rice, buckwheat or oatmeal.

7. Mix well and start sculpting the cutlets. Take a small amount of minced meat, roll it into a ball and flatten it with your fingers. Before each sculpting of cutlets, we moisten hands in warm water. Thus, the minced meat will not stick to them too much. Next, we transfer the blanks to a hot pan with vegetable oil.

8. Fry them on both sides for 4-5 minutes over low heat under a closed lid.

9. Transfer the finished minced chicken cutlets with cheese to plates and serve.

Together with them, you can serve vegetables, as well as sour cream or tomato sauce.
