Sandwiches with curd cheese are a great option for a snack or breakfast, together with a cup of coffee or tea it turns out quite tasty and nutritious. You can think of a lot of cooking variations, today I want to offer you the easiest and fastest way. Fresh juicy tomato is ideally combined with curd cheese, you can also add a quail egg and a little greenery.

Choose any loaf that you like best, you can use just bread. We fry the slices a little in a pan, and after that we grease them with a chopped clove of garlic to give them a pleasant garlic aroma.

Well, such sandwiches can be served on a festive table, and for a change they can be supplemented with slices of salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, dry-cured meat, etc.

Ingredients:

Baton - 3 slices

Curd cheese - 70 g

Tomatoes - 1 pc.

Quail eggs - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 1 clove

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dill - for decoration

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.

2. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry pieces of loaf on it on both sides until golden crisp. If desired, you can dry them in the oven.

3. After cooking, the slices of the loaf, while they are hot, must be greased with garlic. Peel the garlic clove and cut in half, then grate each crouton in halves on both sides.

4. Prepare your favorite curd cheese, now in supermarkets you can buy this product with various additives - herbs, garlic, Provencal herbs, etc. Brush each ruddy loaf with cheese.

5. Wash the tomato, dry and cut into wedges. Place one wedge on each slice of loaf.

6. Boil and peel the quail eggs in advance, cut in half and lay them in front of the tomatoes.

7. Decorate the sandwiches with herbs.

8. Shake with salt and pepper and serve immediately to the table.
