The dessert turns out to be very tender and tasty. It is good both on its own and as an addition to other dishes. For example, you can wrap such bananas in pancakes or serve for breakfast with porridge or cheese cakes, and it is also very tasty to combine them with ice cream. They are served warm, although they remain very tasty when cooled down. I recommend trying it!

Ingredients:

Bananas - 1-2 pcs.

Sugar - 3 tablespoons (with a slide)

Butter - 40 g.

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the required set of ingredients. Choose bananas without damage, ripe, but at the same time firm, so that they do not turn into gruel during frying. You will need one large fruit or several medium ones.

2. Remove the peel from the banana and cut the flesh into small, random pieces.

3. Put butter and sugar in a skillet. Send it to the fire.

4. Stir occasionally and cook the caramel for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat. The butter and sugar will begin to dissolve, forming a thick, sweet syrup.

5. When large bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the syrup, reduce the heat and continue cooking until a nice caramel color. It will take another 2-3 minutes.

6. When the mass acquires a characteristic brown tint, you can send banana pieces to the pan.

7. Caramelized bananas cook very quickly, almost one minute on each side. The main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the pieces will lose their shape and turn into porridge.

8. A delicious dessert is ready.

Transfer the dish to serving utensils to avoid crushing the pieces. Serve hot caramel bananas with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I am sure many people will like this dessert, especially the kids.
