Stuffed sushi is an appetizer that is very popular at buffet tables. They are eaten with pleasure by children and adolescents, it is also good to serve them with beer to beloved men, especially for a football match or any other sports program. Such an appetizer disappears from the table in a matter of minutes. Be sure to cook, it is very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients:

Dryers (bagels) - 20 pcs.

Minced meat - 300 g

Onions - 50 g

Hard cheese - 100 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Milk - 300 g

Mayonnaise (sour cream) - optional

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. To prepare minced meat dryers in the oven, prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Any mince is suitable for this dish - mixed, pork, beef, chicken or turkey. By the way, it's also delicious with lamb. It is better to take bagels with minimal or no sugar. Peel the onion, wash under running water, pat dry with paper towels.

2. Chop the onions very finely. Delicious hard cheese that melts well in the oven, grate on a fine grater, divide the shavings into two parts. Fold the minced meat into a deep bowl, add the onion and half of the cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Knead the mass well, it should be homogeneous. If you are not afraid of extra calories, add a tablespoon of fat sour cream or good quality mayonnaise - with them, the finished filling will become much tastier. Leave the minced meat to ripen for 30 minutes.

4. At this time, pour warm milk into a deep bowl, put drying in it. Leave them to swell for 15-20 minutes. They shouldn't be completely wet, just a little soft.

5. Put slightly swollen bagels on paper towels to remove excess milk, leave so for a few minutes.

6. Line a baking dish with foil, lightly grease it with vegetable or butter, put drying on it. Spoon a small amount of minced meat with a teaspoon and place it in the center of each bagel. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dish with stuffed blanks in it and bake in the top and bottom heating mode for 15 minutes.

7. After a while, remove the form from the oven, sprinkle each drying with grated cheese, return it back for another 15 minutes.

Ruddy stuffed sushi can be served both hot and cold - equally tasty.
