Avocado and salmon salad can be prepared both for lunch and dinner. When you mix these ingredients, you get a real feast of taste, accentuated by a piquant note of onions and citrus sourness, coupled with spices. The dish can be served even for a romantic tete-a-tete, but then it is best to refuse to add onions, replacing it with capers or sun-dried tomatoes, plums.
Don't forget to arrange the salad on a pillow of fresh herbs: arugula, lettuce, etc. That is why the dish must be served immediately after cooking, so that the greens remain juicy and fresh, and the avocado slices do not darken from prolonged contact with air.

Ingredients:
Avocado - 0.5 pcs. (large)
Lightly salted salmon - 150 g
Arugula - 1 bunch
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
Onions - 0.25 pcs.
How to cook:
1. Rinse fresh herbs (in this case, arugula) in water and dry lightly with paper towels. Tear off the ends of the stems and arrange in a semicircle on a plate or large platter. Optionally, you can swap the greens and cuts by chopping and sprinkling them over the salad.
2. Peel a half of a large avocado or a whole small fruit, remove the pit and cut into slices / slices vertically or horizontally. Cut lightly salted salmon into plates, the thinner the better - the dish will look more attractive and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Alternating between the cuts, arrange them one after the other on a pillow of fresh herbs to create a colorful striped salad. Several slices of red fish can be rolled in the shape of roses or all of them can be rolled into roses - turn on your imagination! Once all the slices are laid out, immediately sprinkle the dish with lemon juice to prevent the avocado pieces from darkening for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chop a quarter of the onions, previously peeled and washed. Decorate the prepared dish. Can be replaced with red or green onions, leeks, shallots. It is especially delicious to taste the salad if the slicing of such a vegetable is marinated in apple cider vinegar.
