An easy-to-prepare ham and beans salad will perfectly diversify your diet or decorate a festive table. It turns out to be incredibly tasty, as all the ingredients go well with each other. The flavorful summer vegetables add a fresh, vibrant touch to the dish, and the sweet red onion makes it very appealing.

Serve such a salad to the table immediately after preparation, since it contains fresh vegetables. If you leave it to infuse, then the tomatoes with cucumbers will let the juice go, the result will not be the same as planned. So let's get started!

Ingredients:

Ham - 200 g

Canned beans - 200 g

Cucumbers - 120 g

Tomatoes - 120 g

Red onion - 1 pc.

Vinegar 9% - 4 tablespoons

Water - 4 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1/3 tsp

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Description:

1. Prepare a range of foods. It is better to use canned legumes for this recipe. I recommend to give preference to small white beans, marinated in a gentle sauce. For salad dressing we will use thick yogurt, it will perfectly emphasize the taste of all the ingredients. Choose the most delicious ham, so that it is of the highest grade and always fresh.

2. Wash and dry fresh cucumbers with kitchen paper towels. Check them for bitterness, remove the peel if desired. Trim the ponytails on both sides, cut the vegetables into oblong strips.

3. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into small pieces.

4. Cut the ham into strips or cubes.

5. Peel, rinse and dry the red onion. Chop into thin half rings. Next, unload the onion slices into a bowl, pour vinegar and water, throw in a little salt and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes in a cool place, then drain the marinade. If the onion is acidified, rinse it under cold water.

6. Load all prepared ingredients into a salad bowl. Uncork canned beans, rinse under cool water in a sieve. Transfer the legumes to a container.

7. Add thick yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and place salad on plates.
