The ham and corn salad is tasty, hearty and nutritious, and with the right dressing it is not very high in calories. It is very simple to prepare it, it belongs to such recipes - cut, mixed and ready.

Since the composition is quite "colorful", the dish can be safely served on the festive table, it will not get lost for sure. As a variety in your daily diet, salad works just fine. Try it, it seems to me that you will be satisfied!

Ingredients:

Salad - 1 bunch

Canned corn - 70 g

Smoked and boiled ham - 70 g each

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Sour cream and sweet mustard - 1 tsp each. (for refueling)

Description:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. If the proposed dressing option confuses you with something, you can use mayonnaise, and replace sour cream with delicious thick yogurt.

2. First, rinse the lettuce leaves lightly under a cool stream of water and then pat dry with kitchen paper towels. Tear them with your hands and put them in a bowl or salad bowl.

3. Wash and dry fresh cucumbers, trim the tails on both sides. Cut vegetables into small cubes and place in a salad bowl. The green base of the dish is ready, then you can add additional "colors".

4. Cut both ham into small cubes and add to a bowl.

5. Cook chicken eggs in advance (10 minutes in salted water). Cool, peel, cut into small cubes, add to salad.

6. Pour canned corn from the jar, after draining the juice from it. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix sour cream and mustard separately, but season the dish just before serving.

7. Serve the prepared salad with ham, corn, cucumbers and eggs.
