On the agenda: a delicious salad, albeit very easy to prepare. Chicken with pineapple and cheese is a combination that will hardly leave anyone indifferent. The dish tastes very delicate, slightly sweetish, words simply cannot convey.

Preparing a salad is very easy, all the ingredients can be prepared the day before: boil the chicken and eggs - then the process itself will take 10 minutes from you. In order not to make it heavy and not spoil the taste with fatty mayonnaise, I suggest adding a little yogurt and sweet honey mustard - this dressing will be more correct and appropriate here.

Such a salad can be served at the table at least every day, but it will be a gorgeous treat for the holiday, so let's prepare it right now.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Canned pineapples - 100 g

Hard cheese - 60 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Canned corn - 70 g

Yogurt - 3 tablespoons

Honey mustard - 1 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare all the foods that are listed.

2. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry and boil until tender. If desired, the meat can be baked with a sweet sauce: a mixture of honey, lemon juice, soy sauce will give an excellent marinade, plus a couple of spices - so the result will be richer. Cut chicken fillet into small cubes or take apart into fibers.

3. Hard cheese can be grated or cut into small (thin) segments.

4. Open a jar of pineapples. The juice can be used for your own purposes: chicken marinade, biscuit impregnation, pancake base or sauce for them. Cut pineapple rings into small pieces.

5. Boil chicken eggs in salted water in advance, do not increase the cooking time for more than 10 minutes. Peel them from the shell and grate, so that you end up with small shavings - so the salad will be airy.

6. Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, add canned corn, season with salt and pepper.

7. Mix yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Season the salad just before serving.
