In many families, pasta is a common everyday side dish on the everyday menu. But even the most ordinary pasta can be made much tastier with a little imagination. Often they are sprinkled with grated hard cheese after cooking to improve and diversify the taste of the dish. But besides cheese, you can add other ingredients to them, making them appetizing and tastier.
Today we cook pasta with cheese and egg. No complicated processes, everything is extremely simple - pasta is cooked separately, then mixed with an egg-cheese mixture in a pan. For flavor, onions fried in oil are added. It is an essential ingredient that makes a significant contribution to the taste of the final dish.
The pasta goes well with any type of meat. Such an unusual side dish will definitely add variety to your usual diet. Having prepared it, you will feed the whole family hearty and tasty.
Ingredients:
Pasta - 150 gr.
Cheese - 100 gr.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Butter - 25 gr.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper - to taste
Parsley - 10 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare the food you need.
Separate the onion head from the film, rinse, then trim in small squares.
Break the egg into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork until a smooth egg mixture is obtained.
Grind hard cheese on a grater with fine holes. Throw the resulting shavings into a bowl to the egg composition, mix.
Place a large frying pan on the burner, pour in a small portion of vegetable oil, after heating, throw in the onion shredder. Saute the vegetable for the next 3 minutes on medium heat until light golden brown, soft and transparent, while stirring occasionally.
Boil the pasta in salted water beforehand. See the packaging for the exact cooking time for pasta. The main thing is not to digest them, bringing them only to the state of "al dente".
Transfer the finished pasta to a colander to glass the liquid, then transfer it to the pan to the onion. Next, pour in the egg and cheese mixture.
With frequent stirring, fry the contents of the pan for about 5 minutes. During this time, the egg will curdle and the cheese will melt. If necessary, add more vegetable oil or add butter (optional).
After removing from heat, let the dish stand for about 5 minutes under the lid, so that all the components exchange tastes and smells. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving the pasta with egg and cheese.
