Based on unleavened yeast dough, we bake homemade pizza with mushrooms and sausage - a hearty and versatile snack for a small company. Knead the dough by hand or using a combine, bread machine in the "Dough" mode. Cover the base with your own mouth-watering sauce (it's easy) and a selection of all available slices.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Warm water - 100 ml

Flour - 200 g

Sea salt - 0.5 tsp l.

Dry yeast - 1 tsp l.

Vegetable / olive oil - 1 tbsp l.

Sauce:

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp l.

Ketchup - 1 tbsp l.

Greens - 30 g

Garlic - 1 tooth

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Filling:

Salami sausage - 200 g

Champignon mushrooms - 3 pcs.

Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 100 g

To bake a yeast pizza with mushrooms, sausage and cheese using this recipe, take the foods listed. Choose fusible cheese varieties, from sweetish dessert to sharp with a "smell", all according to the wishes and taste of eaters.

The more expressive the sausage, the clearly better. Salami has a pleasant aroma, tenderness and moderate fat, but here, go for it yourself. Any sausages, sausages and smoked meats are appropriate.

The most laborious process is kneading. Sift the wheat flour into a wide bowl or directly on the countertop, mix with sea salt (fine or large crystals, it works this way and that) and dry yeast.

No dough is needed for pizza. Then pour in a spoonful of lean (ideally olive) oil and add slightly warmed drinking water in portions.

Knead and knead the lump until smooth, plasticity for 10 minutes by hand, no less. Cover with a towel and let it “rest” for 30-50 minutes in a warm place. Don't expect noticeable growth, the bun will hardly change in size - this is the norm.

For the sauce, whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, vegetable oil (all in approximately equal proportions - a spoonful), parsley, dill, green onions or other fresh vegetation, and a chive in a blender. We try, season with the missing salt, ground pepper.

Cut pure champignons into thin longitudinal slices, cut salami and pickled cucumber into circles, easily tear cheese slices (you can grate).

Let's start assembling pizza. Stretch the yeast dough with a round flat cake 35-40 cm in diameter, evenly cover with sauce.

We lay out the slices, sprinkle with cheese and send them to a pre-heated oven. We bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

We decorate with a branch of herbs and serve pizza with sausage and mushrooms to the table, you can have a bite with sweet tea or soda.
